品，应用于继电器或其它电子产品的环氧树脂封胶。该机由放料工位、自

动分组、夹持定位、二轴运动系统、换位装置及出料系统组成，配合日本

IEI点胶阀和台湾Delta数控系统，以及温度控制系统，实现了自动化生产。

Relays Automatic Dispensing Machine Is a Hi-Tech product designed and

manufactured by Twin Win Technology(Xiamen)PTE LTD．It is used in epoxy

sealing and filling for relays and other electric products．The system

is combined Of On loading, auto-regulating, positioning and holding,2-axis

Motion system, transfer and off-loading．It also has Japanese IEI dispensing

valve and Taiwan's Delta programmable Logic Controller and temperature

controller system．It bring you an automatic production system．

该机采用日本lEI精密定量阀，适用于环氧树脂等各类高、中、低粘度的封

涂材料，适用粘度1～1,000,000mpa.s，最小吐出量为0.003ml／shot，有多种

系列的注胶阀可供不同工艺作选择。
